Do we have to leave our current ERP?
No. Riffle reads and writes the ERP you have. The old system goes off when the last workflow has moved.
What does Riffle cost?
€500 a month during early access, excl. VAT. One flat fee, not per seat and not per work order. Once early access is over, we agree a price that works for both of us.
How long does it take to go live?
An afternoon. Connect your mail, your system and your materials, and the first job lands the same day.
Does Riffle send things out on its own?
Only what you allow. You set which agent may send what, and up to which amount. Everything above that line waits for your yes.
What if an agent gets it wrong?
Every action sits on the work order with who did it and when, agent or person. Anything above the limits you set waits for your yes, and you can change those limits whenever you like.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
A general assistant does the task you ask for. Riffle runs the back office: it acts on the job without being asked, inside the limits you set, and everything it does sits on the work order.
Do our technicians have to learn a new app?
They get the Riffle app, on the phone they already carry. There is nothing to learn: a photo, a voice note or a line of text, and Riffle writes the record.
Does it work in Dutch?
Yes, and in the language your customer writes in. Mails, quotes and job records go out in the tone they expect.
