“Technology has reached the point where software does not have to leave anyone out. If someone on the crew does not speak the language, they still take part in every step.”

We are launching in the Netherlands, where crews come from all over Europe and beyond. With a shortage of skilled workers, more and more people are joining teams who speak a different language at home. A tool only helps if everyone on the crew can actually use it.

The app follows each technician's language

The Riffle app is now available in 16 languages, and each technician picks their own. Dutch and English are fully reviewed, and we are polishing the rest. The dashboard follows each user's language and time zone too.

Timesheets, live

Technicians see their hours as they are logged, including leave and hours outside a work order. Home now has a "Not scheduled" section, and materials and hours show their review status.

Office and crew, in sync

When the Office corrects or removes something from an update, the technician sees the change and the reason. If a voice memo could not be translated, it can be retried with one tap.

Get started: technicians can set their dictation language in the app's settings.

See it run on your own jobs.
