One Inbox for every approval
The Inbox is not email. It is where every action that needs an Office decision arrives: hours to check, materials to confirm, updates to review. Each person only sees what is theirs to approve, so a team of three never trips over the same item. You can confirm a proposal part by part, edit before confirming, or approve everything at once.
Work orders, from plan to done
Create a work order, pick the crew, plan the visit and finish it. If someone gets double-booked, Riffle warns you. Every work order belongs to a project, and the project picker only shows projects that cover that location. Files live in their own tab on the work order.
Hours at a glance
The weekly hours grid shows who worked where, with filters by person, type and project. Flagged hour lines can be confirmed or rejected right from the grid.

Customers, locations, projects, employees and notes are all connected. The sidebar shows who is signed in, and what each person can do follows their permissions.
